1939 TELECHRON 2H09 STEWARDESS art deco Chrome/Red Kitchen Clock
Created by industrial designer, Findley Williams. Dec. 5th 1939 Mr. Williams was awarded design patent D117,916 for his work. NOT just for the kitchen. Actually marketed and sold as a living room wall clock! PreWar Model 2H09 this electric wall clock was Made from 1939 to 1942. Measures 7 5/8" x 7 5/8" x 2 5/16". Metal dial is excellent with no flaking or scratches. Cool art deco chrome wave design outer casing with red outer bezel. No pitting or oxidation. Light wear to factory finish and back cover. Still retains original label. Excellent well kept and cared for condition. Fully serviced. New old stock rotor installed. Accurate and quiet! Ready for many more years of safe and dependable service. Outstanding addition to any deco eames modern, industrial streamlined collection.
